Hello Everyone! Every year the Epcot food and wine crew searches the globe to find unexpected and delicious flavors so that we can enjoy as well! This post is discussing 10 of 33 destinations around the park.

So let’s get started with where to go first:
Festival Center
The heart of all, here you can find programming, Signing & Greetings, Learning Experience, Merchandise, Wine, Beer & Shimmering Sips Mimosa Bars. If you are an annual pass-holder on your first visit you can pick up an annual pass-holder “Chef Mickey” magnet, on your fourth visit you can get a matching cutting board. (When I get mine I will show you what it looks like!)
In the Festival Center you can also find Seminars & Demonstrations which include:
Culinary Demos: Learn from some of the best culinary chefs from around the world – this is a 45 minute session & $17 per person, plus tax.
Beverages Seminar: Get in touch with your inner connoisseur as you sample select wine, beer or spirits. – this is also a 45 minute session & $17 per person plus tax.
Food & Beverage Pairing (New for 2018): Watch a culinary demo hosted by a featured chef and beverage presenter. Learn some new tips and tricks to balance your palate. This demo costs $25 per person and the session lasts 45 minutes long.
Mix it, Make it, Celebrate it: Challenge your senses by learning fun food or drink techniques from top industry experts. This session lasts an hour and 15 minutes, and costs $39 per person, plus tax.
Cheese Seminars: Famous Cheesemakers explain different components like aromas, textures and flavor of your favorite cheeses. In this session there is also sampling of cheeses paired with wines, craft beers, and other beverages. This event costs $89 per person, plus tax and is a 90-minute session (gratuity included).
