Everything You Need to Know, Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party 2018!
Disney Springs Christmas Tree Trail!
New Year’s Eve at Walt Disney World Resort

Disney is known for their nighttime spectaculars and the holiday rendition of them around this magic season. We had the opportunity to step inside of one and enjoy the Jingle Bell Jingle Bam dessert party at Hollywood Studios.

Every Disney dessert party is a little different from the others, so what do you receive with this dessert party?

  • Exclusive themed sweet and savory treats and beverages
  • A special Christmas ornament
  • A private meet and greet with Santa Goofy
  • Magic Christmas glasses the make every Christmas light or firework look like a Christmas tree
  • Reserved firework spot

We arrived at the check in point about half an hour before the party time. Once checked in, we found our designated table number and enjoyed the company of those we shared the table with. Our table number included our private meet and greet time with Goofy as well.

Now time to load up on all the festive goodness!

This party had a sweets table and a savory table to balance out the holiday flavors.

Over at the bar, there is a creative variety of Christmassy concoctions with smiling faces.

For friends with food allergies or restrictions, you can enjoy this event too with a large variety of cakes, brownies, and ice cream!

There was also one thing I had never seen before, liquid nitrogen ice cream! This was very entertaining to watch as they scoop our ordinary ice cream, place it in a mysterious bin of white  smoke, and the once normal ice cream comes out smoking!

This must be the way ice cream is enjoyed at the North Pole!

After indulging on the festive foods, it was time to hang out with Santa Goofy! He was certainly not camera shy and loved showing off His new Santa costume.

We shared a hug, took a photo, and before we knew it, we were being lead out to the VIP firework area. Now I had these special glasses as well, I wondered what they were for. Maybe 3D glasses for a special part of the projection show on the Chinese theater? But i decided to put them on and when I began looking around, every light was transformed into a Christmas Tree! The same effect took place on the fireworks as they lit up the sky(see video).

Over all this was a very unique experience and for my very first Disney dessert party, it was a very enjoyable one!
